How Old Do You Have to Be to Work at Buffalo Wild Wings?

Buffalo Wild Wings hires hosts, bussers, dishwashers and kitchen staff from age 16. Servers and bartenders who handle alcohol usually must be 18 to 21, depending on state law.

Federal law limits workers aged 14 and 15 to 3 hours on a school day and 18 hours in a school week, with no work after 7 PM during the school year, and some states add a work-permit requirement. That is why many restaurants only hire from 16 even where younger workers are allowed.
